FREE factory tours are normally conducted Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m with some restrictions --> Minimum 4 Adults Required Per Tour & children under 16 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult. Tours may be cancelled without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Drop-ins welcome, there are no set schedules for the free tours, if you have a min 4 adult group inquire with a store clerk about getting a tour.

The free factory tour takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes with a maximum of 12 people per tour group to ensure each tour member can see and hear with reasonable comfort.

BUS TOURS: Extra tour times and guides can usually be added to accommodate large specialty groups or bus tour schedules but appointments recommended.
