6" Boning

Normally we make these a more narrow blade, these seconds have a wider than normal blade. Rigid Boning knives are used for working around chicken, fish bones, can also be used for slicing veggies and meat, approx 112grams. Steel is partial tang, meaning it goes partway through the handle and is durably riveted, making it a more lightweight choice.

Available in our classic natural rosewood handles as shown. Seconds because blades were made wider than usual and also some small hairline cracks, chips etc in handle. Half price/no warranty/ while supplies last.
