#208W-8 Fully serrated blade, rosewood handle. For freshly baked breads, meats, sandwiches 91grams. Left hand version available with serrations on opposite side (208WL-8). Steel is partial tang, meaning it goes partway through the handle and is durably riveted, making it a more lightweight choice.

Available in our classic natural rosewood handles shown. Also available with black nylon handle (208PW-8).
