Narrow, flexible blade perfect for filleting fish. Steel is partial tang, meaning it goes partway through the handle and is durably riveted, making it a more lightweight choice.  

Available in our classic natural rosewood handles as shown.  Available in 5", 6", 7", or 8" blade lengths.Leather or cordura carrying sheath also sold separately if using for outdoor/fishing.
