#210FT-6 with 6" blade for splitting chicken, ribs etc (this blade is heavy & thick, not recommended for fine dicing...see chef knives instead) 575 grams. Full tang steel medium weight.

Available in our classic natural rosewood handles shown, or new Xtra water-resistant resinwood handles in either oak OX210FT-6 or wine X210FT-6 colours.
